Mark Truog
Mark TruogCertified Public Accountant
Mark Truog is a Certified Public Accountant by trade, but his expertise lies far beyond the crunching of numbers. Mark moved to Anchorage in 2009, by way of Milwaukee and then Philadelphia. He worked for companies both large and small before deciding he could impact businesses most effectively by starting his own consulting company. Mark isn’t the type of guy who will bury you in obscure accounting speak and believes that a successful business is more than just numbers. His mission for his clients is straightforward: to help them achieve their goals, streamline processes, take extra work off the plates of the staff, and finally, hand them the tools to continue their success. He enjoys serving nonprofits, startups, small businesses, and Alaska Native Corporations. Mark loves spending time with his family and friends and understands the importance of creating more time for his clients to do the same. When asked why he loves what he does, he responded, “I’m doing what I can to create a thriving local economy with a culture that is tolerant and welcoming to all for my kids to grow up in.” Learn more about Mark on his website:
