Robyn Forbes, a co-founder of The Eureka Space, was an integral member in bringing the vision to life and he’s passionate about lifting others up both professionally and personally. With his company, Fat Tire Consulting, LLC, he aims to bring his experience in small business, team-building, and collaboration to others in the pursuit of their small business dreams. His approach starts at the foundational level: Getting to know how a business operates, what the owner’s vision is for the company, and gaining insight into employees’ perspectives. This insight helps to develop a system where everyone in the business can grow and succeed. Robyn also emphasizes work-life balance and prioritizing family. He believes this is important for all business owners and employees to keep in mind. Robyn’s vision for the Eureka space came when Andrew Mitton, one of the other co-founders, was beginning to bring his vision for the Eureka Space to life. Together, with architect Bruce Williams, they created a space that empowers local businesses and the community.
